Dave Kinsey grew up in the US, immersed in hip hop, graffiti and skate culture. He has retained a strong attachment to his earliest sources of inspiration: the urban environment and the street. Kinsey has developed a personal world of great emotion and depth, featuring a vocabulary in which abstract forms rub shoulders with representational iconography.
