Jim Houser is a self taught artist who paints by night while the rest of the world is sleeping. Babel features the artist 's works thru a span of years. Personal iconography of seemingly random images and words, inspired by a love of color, words, science, plants, animals, and people. Houser's work is completely self-immersed without being self-indulgent: it includes much of what surrounds him without passing judgment.
